Data we collect

Payment-card details, when payments are later enabled, are intended to be processed by the selected payment provider rather than stored as raw card data by OpenUSANow.

Cloudflare Turnstile and security
OpenUSANow may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals such as IP address, browser and device information in accordance with Cloudflare’s terms and privacy documentation. This security processing is used to protect registration and other abuse-sensitive forms.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and audit requirements. Retention periods vary by data category and service. We use access controls, encrypted transport, credential separation, logging and other technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority. Children
