Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Platform and services
OpenUSANow provides software-enabled administrative and business-service workflows, including services that may involve third-party providers or government authorities. Specific paid services are additionally governed by the Terms of Purchase and Service Terms and the service description shown at order time.
Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, sanctions evasion, interference with systems, unauthorized access, malicious automation, infringement, deceptive filings or instructions that would cause OpenUSANow or a provider to violate law.
Intellectual property
OpenUSANow branding, software, site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you provide and grant the limited rights necessary to process it for the requested services.
Third-party services and authorities
Government portals, Registered Agents, payment services, carriers and other external providers are independent systems. Their availability, rules and decisions may change and are not controlled by OpenUSANow.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect, consequential or speculative losses are excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Omnava Root LLC in New Mexico, United States, without overriding mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable consumer law grants to you.
