Terms of Purchase and Service Terms
OpenUSANow is operated by Omnava Root LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, United States. Contact: info@openusanow.com. These terms apply when you order a paid OpenUSANow service.
Orders and acceptance
An order is a request to purchase the services shown in the checkout or order summary. OpenUSANow may reject or place an order in manual review where information is incomplete, inconsistent, unlawful, unsupported or requires additional verification.
Prices, taxes and external fees
The amount shown before final payment is the applicable OpenUSANow charge for the selected configuration, together with taxes and disclosed government/provider fees where applicable. Government or third-party fees may change before submission; any material additional charge requires the applicable authorization before being collected.
Customer information and cooperation
You must provide complete and accurate information, signatures, documents and approvals requested for the service. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer information may delay or prevent fulfillment.
Government and provider processing
Filing offices, tax authorities, Registered Agents and other providers control their own review and processing times. OpenUSANow cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, issuance dates or outcomes that are decided by an external authority.
Recurring services
A service identified as recurring may renew according to the term and price disclosed for that service. Cancellation affects future renewal as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and does not automatically reverse fees already earned or incurred.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy presented on the site, subject always to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Charge disputes
Contact info@openusanow.com first if you believe a charge or service is incorrect so the transaction can be investigated. This does not remove any statutory dispute right.
