Refund and Cancellation Policy

OpenUSANow is operated by Omnava Root LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, United States. Contact: info@openusanow.com. This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for OpenUSANow services.

Before work begins

If a cancellable service has not yet been materially performed, submitted to an authority, ordered from a provider or otherwise committed, contact us promptly. Where feasible, we will cancel the unperformed portion and refund eligible OpenUSANow service charges.

Fees already incurred

Government filing fees, Registered Agent/provider charges, postage, courier, identity-verification or other external costs already incurred or irreversibly committed are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the underlying provider refunds them.

Work already performed

Fees reasonably attributable to work already completed may be retained. If OpenUSANow made a material service error, we will assess correction, re-performance, credit or refund as appropriate to the facts and applicable law.

Recurring services

Cancellation of a recurring service stops future renewal once effective. It does not automatically refund the current service period or costs already incurred. Any service-specific notice period shown before purchase also applies.

How to request

Send the order/service reference and reason to info@openusanow.com. We may request information needed to identify the transaction and determine whether external fees have already been committed.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
